In the middle of 1994 Kjaer & Kjaer A/S established its representation in Mozambique with the mandate of supplying vehicles to Aid organizations, although that was already represented by another Danish company, the Kjaer & Kjaer A/S opened its first representative office in Av. July 24 (Emose building), where Kjaer & Kjaer A/S directed its activities with NGOs, embassies, aid workers in the Nordic countries, selling and providing assistance in the customs clearance of vehicles.
In 1996, a need was felt, to create a company that would
provide Transport solutions countrywide, so Motorcare Lda was born.
The name Motorcare is the addition of the word MOTOR engine that is simple or "motor car" motor vehicle (car) in English and Care of the word that means is care in the same language, but is phonetically Kjaer, hence the surname of the founding members Christian Kjaer and Mads Kjaer, also founding partners of Motorcare, Lda.
Motorcare so is the spirit and letter that we take care of motor vehicles without ignoring the phonetics of the founders, family Kjaer.
Motorcare Lda, imports, distributes and does direct sales as well as
offering after sales services to Nissan vehicles. We also offer accessories, genuine parts and operate a countrywide dealer network.
In 2007/08 were acquired two facilities, one in Beira and Nampula in other, open their branches which began its activities in March and April 2008 respectively
In 2010 we opened a new branch in Tete, we try to go more close we can to the customers, to give to him better service and facilities.
